Introduction - The Human Heart
This guy thinks he is big and strong because he has huge muscles. Did you know that your heart is the strongest and most powerful muscle in your body?
Your heart muscle is even stronger than this guy. Why? Unlike other muscles in your body, your heart muscle is always working. Your heart beats or pumps two and a half billion times in your lifetime (that's 2,500,000,000) That's like exercising every minute of every day, even while you are sleeping!
I don't know about you, but I am getting tired just thinking about working that hard!
